It took a bunch of searching to find where this operation was located.
Details of the mine are sketchy, but I am confident it was in Idaho.

JUPITER MOUNTAIN GOLD MINES COMPANY - Incorporated Under the Laws of
the State of Idaho - According to my research, there is actually a
mountain named Jupiter Mt. and this is of course where the mine was
located. This area was also known as Boise Basin. Boise, Idaho printed
on the date line and in the company seal. Signed by H. J. Nickles as president.

THE INDEPENDENCE LEAD MINES, LIMITED - Had 10 claims and a 1/2 interest
in the Key Lode Claim, in the Coeur D' Alene Mining District, 1 mile
from Mullan, Idaho. Produced silver, lead and some iron sulphide. This
certificate has a 2 inch tear along the left fold. Price - $29.00

the State of Arizona - Had offices in Philadelphia, PA and at Elk City,
Idaho. The property consisted of 41 mining claims, including the
Black Pine and Crown Point Mines at Elk City, Idaho County, Idaho. The ore contained gold, silver, lead and zinc. Signed by Dr. Wm. H. Kuich as treasurer. Price - $75.00
